The practical application of employment law today is more complex than ever before. The sums being awarded to successful litigants are hitting all time highs. Almost every decision made as an HR professional is fraught with legal landmines and can bring frustration, fear and lawsuits. This annual four-hour program is an invaluable tool to keep you up-to-date on the latest employment law developments.
