2019 Technology Leadership Summit
The Louisiana Association of Computer Using Educators invites you to attend the 6th Annual Technology Leadership Summit June 11-13, 2019 at the Baton Rouge Marriott Hotel.

How to Register:
Summit registration is accepted online only. There will be no on-site registration. Follow the links below to register online.
Registration Fees & Deadlines:
Registration is $99 . There is no one-day registration rate. All registrants must be individually registered. Registrations cannot be shared. Registration will be limited to 300 attendees. The registration system will close when capacity has been reached.
All presenters must register online and pay the Summit registration fee. Presenters do not receive free or discounted registration. However, there will be "presenters only" prize drawing.
Attendees may wish to bring a guest to one or both of the nighttime social events. Guest registration is $30.00 for the Tuesday night opening social and $60.00 for the Wednesday night social and dinner. This cost includes the food and beverages served to the regular attendees. Guest registration must be completed online in advance of the event. Education Technology professionals are not eligible for guest passes. Guests may not attend any educational sessions and are not allowed entry into the exhibit hall except during the above mentioned social events.
By registering online you will have two payment options: credit card or "bill me." Please select "bill me" if you are paying by district or personal check. If you select this option, please be sure that the appropriate billing address is indicated. You will receive confirmation of your registration by email. This is the only invoice you will receive prior to the Summit. Please print out this invoice and give to your school or school board's accounts payable department. All payments received from schools or school boards must include the registrant’s name or confirmation number. After the Summit, invoices will be sent to the billing address provided on the registration for all unpaid registrants. After 90 days, invoices will be sent for unpaid registrants to the respective school boards for payment. The Bill Me option selected as the payment method indicates that you will be paying the Summit registration with a check.
There will be no on site registrations.
To receive a refund for a paid registration, or to be relieved from liability for payment for an unpaid registration, you must submit a written cancellation request by email or regular mail (postmarked) by May 24, 2019. Cancellation is NOT considered complete until you have received written confirmation from the LACUE office. No refunds will be issued, or cancellations approved, for requests postmarked or emailed after May 24, 2019 regardless of the reason given for requesting the refund. Registration transfers and/or substitutions are allowed. Substitutions should be called in to the LACUE office (225-408-4413). A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds. Duplicate payments will be refunded in full. Checks for approved refunds and invoices for unpaid registrations that were not properly cancelled will be mailed approximately one month after the Summit.
IMPORTANT – Any registrant that cannot or does not attend the Summit and does not properly cancel their registration or transfer it to another person will be billed and is required to pay the Summit fee – THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
LACUE membership is included in your Summit registration. Membership in LACUE is free to all members.
