Tom Ramsey is a Senior Principal for Geosyntec Consultants in its Columbia, Maryland office. He has been a practicing professional engineer since first becoming licensed in Georgia in 1994. His primary expertise is in civil and environmental engineering as it applies to solid and hazardous waste projects. Tom has been with Geosyntec since 2002 and prior to that he worked as a an engineer and regional manager for a major private solid waste company.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering from Dartmouth College as well as a Master of Science from Duke University. He is currently a licensed professional engineer in 12 states.
