Each individual guest must make their own reservation by calling 1-800-876-3399 by May 9, 2023. In order to receive the group rate, please identify yourself as being a member of the WSAE room block, Group ID #105736. All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Confirmed registrations must be cancelled in writing by May 16, 2023 to receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds shall be made for cancellations after May 16, 2023. Substitutions are allowed.
