About This Session:

Have you ever thought about getting your published? Had a great project, or study you think the wider library community should know about but aren’t sure about where to begin? This presentation will go over the basics of publishing with a journal. Topics covered will including the selecting a journal, the journal submission process, peer review, what journals are looking for as well as tips to help make your article great.

Learning Goals:

At the end of this session participants will be able to:
- Describe the journal submission process
- Describe the peer review process
- List the qualities of a strong journal article
