Winter Weekend Exhibitor & Sponsorship Information
Exhibit tables are available on January 24 & 25.
All food and beverages will be served in the exhibit area. The exhibit tables will be placed strategically next to either a coffee or food station table.
The tables are 2.5 ft. x8 ft. table. A 90”by 156” cloth fits these tables.
Exhibit tables are $1500. Click here for W-9.

Include the following information on your shipments:
• Exhibitor Name/Business
• Number of boxes (Box 1 of 2, Box 2 of 2)
Shipments will be brought up to the exhibitor booths, so the clearer the information the better. For exhibitors bringing their materials, carts will be provided on the first floor of the Conference Center. There is an elevator right inside the Conference Center lobby.
Vendors will need to pack up their booth area on Saturday, January 26 by 1 pm. The Visitors Bureau (located on the 1st floor of the Conference Center) is happy to hold shipments for vendors until the time of pick up. Vendors will need to make their own arrangements with FedEx, UPS, etc for shipping after the conference concludes.
There will be a fee if shipments are not packaged.
