The planners of the 33rd Annual NASBITE International Conference & National Small Business Exporter Summit have secured a nightly group rate of  $149.00 per night single/double occupancy for the nights of March 22 through March 28. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservations. To receive the discount rate, call The Graduate Hotel Annapolis at +1 (410) 263-7770 and reference the NASBITE International Conference. You can also make your reservations online. Make your reservations early since the deadline to receive the group discounted rate is February 28, 2020 or when the room block is full, whichever comes first.
 
NOTE: Registrants planning to attend ONLY the National Small Business Exporter Summit may register online by selecting the "Pre-Conference Only" fee type and then choosing the March 25 National Small Business Exporter Summit session when prompted.
 

Conference Payment and Refund policy:

All Conference fees must be paid in full no later than March 6, 2020; this includes fees for attendees paying via a PO. This policy does not apply to pre-conference Boot Camps; those may be paid by credit card at the registration desk on site.

 

Cancellations for Boot Camp or full Conference registrations are eligible for a refund when notification is received in writing by February 28, 2020, unless the event is cancelled by NASBITE International. Cancellations must be received in writing by February 28, 2020 to qualify for a refund. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted for cancellations received in writing on or before February 28, 2020. Fees cannot be refunded for registrations cancelled after February 28, 2020.

 

If paying by Purchase Order, please submit a copy of your PO with billing instructions along with this registration form.

 

NASBITE International reserves the right to cancel events, usually due to lack of enrollment; registrants will be notified by e-mail in the event of a cancellation.
