We are happy to refund your registration (and additional ticketed events) as follows:
(a) A full (100%) refund of all fees paid will be made if the cancelation is received by April 1. To receive this refund you must either send written notice of cancelation on or before April 1, 2019 via email (to firstname.lastname@example.org) or mailed/shipped (IAFE, Attn: Registrar, 3043 E. Cairo, Springfield, MO 65802 – must be postmarked by this date)
(b) Cancelations made April 2 through April 18 will be refunded as follows:
*Registration: 75% amount paid
*Optional Add on of Fair Oaks Farms Tour: no refund
To receive a refund you do not have to supply a reason for the cancelation. The reason for the retained amount is to cover some of the expenditures the association has already incurred on your behalf. To receive this refund you must either send written notice of cancelation no later than April 18, 2019 via email (to email@example.com) or by mailed/shipped delivery (IAFE, Attn: Registrar, 3043 E. Cairo, Springfield, MO 65802 -- must be postmarked by this date).
Refunds will be processed according to how registration was paid. If by credit card, credit will be issued to the card (it may take several days for it to show on your account). If by check, refund will be issued by IAFE check.
No Refunds will be made after April 18, 2019.
