The Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), with support from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), invites states, territories, and jurisdictions to apply to participate in a multi-jurisdiction Learning Community to conduct data linkages between Pregnancy Risk Assessment Monitoring System (PRAMS) and maternal child clinical outcomes data sets. Grantees will be eligible for up to $135,000 for the project.
